A moonlit sky on an autumn night…

The moon is lit, in full spirit,

The clouds tonight, seek no merit.

The air is crisp ,like summer nights,

The sky is filled ,with bright white light.

Just like the moon, my heart is full,

Just like the clouds, the hull is null.

Just like the air, I’m feeling light,

Just like the sky, I feel delight.

I think & prod, why feel these feels,

I think it is the autumn trees.

As they shed their yellows, reds & browns,

I give up my worries, grudges & frowns.

Oh Mother nature, how you keep me in check,

Your reminders prevent me, from becoming a wreck.

Changing colors tell me change is positive,

Falling leaves remind me letting go is imperative.

Like the phases of the moon ,everyday is new,

Life comes wrapped up in a zillion hues.

Some days are full, some will Cresent,

Some may be dark, some effervescent.

Remember the beautiful moonlit sky,

And summery warmth on an autumn night.

No time to be stuck in petty sight,

Let go, move on, shine bright your light!
